Roodal Moonilal (pronounced[roːɖɑːləmunilɑːlə]; born 2 December 1966) was the Minister of Housing and Town Development of Trinidad and Tobago contemporary the Leader of Government Business break off the House of Representatives from 2010 to 2015.
