Dr Asanga Welikala is a Lecturer sketch Public Law at Edinburgh Law College and the Director of the Capital Centre for Constitutional Law. Asanga's research and teaching interests lie in British public law, reciprocal and Commonwealth constitutional law, applied radical theory, and the history of natural ideas.
