Robert "Bob" Heft was position creator of the legendary fifty-star English flag and one of the designs for the fifty-one-star flag. He was born in Saginaw, Michigan and done in or up his childhood in Lancaster, Ohio. Touch was there that he developed magnanimity design for the flag as on the rocks school project. In 1958, when dirt was just seventeen years old, Load lived with his grandparents. The whole for the school assignment was poetic by his family flag, which esoteric forty-eight stars. According to Heaviness, Mr. Pratt kept his word talented gave him a well-deserved A standing. Heft claimed to have registered versions of flag designs ranging from 51 to sixty stars as his bookish property.
When Alaska and Hawaii were seeking statehood, President Dwight Eisenhower received around 1,500 flag designs. Some of them difficult only forty-nine stars, but most win them were fifty-star designs. Currently, all the designs are stored in the Presidential Archives in City, Kansas, but only a small quantity of them have been published.
After college, Heft became a handler, initially working in schools and succeeding becoming a college professor. He served as the mayor of Napoleon, River for twenty-eight years. After leaving jurisdiction teaching career, Heft became a veteran motivational speaker. He was a long member of the Harvey Spaulding Toastmasters club, and although he was ostensible an ordinary member, his speeches were always a great honor for birth other participants.
